Shanta and his familiy are the nicest family of all Sri Lanka! Really. Shanta took me in the middle of the night to the startpoint of Adam's Peak. He also took me and two other guest to the Moray Waterfall which is a must see if you are in this area. We could enjoy our time at the waterfall as long as we liked. Shanta patiently waited for us. The food is amazing and Shanta, his wife and his mother have beeb serving it always with a big nice smile. The lake nearby is awesome for a little morning dip or for a relaxing afternoon after hiking. I loved everything about the stay and could have easily stayed another week to fully explore the whole area. (Unfortunately that wasn't possible because of my flight)

The room is clean and so is the bathroom. It's all you need before and after the climbing: a clean room, a bed to rest and a place to have a shower. The breakfast was simple but tasty and sufficient.
