Incredible location. Perfect if you're doing the thakhek loop, and even if you want to stay few nights they have several activities. The food was amazing, freshly made and very affordable prices. We took the bungalows view garden, very good quality/service and the place was really clean.
The staff was extremely nice, and we really enjoyed talking to Ching, who was very helpful to us. Would definitely recommend :)

5 minute walk from the entry to the park where the caves are. The meals were all delicious, and the staff were all wonderful
Taed is a fabulous hostess, and her diligence made so much difference in the enjoyment of my stay. I noticed she pretty much covered everything from check-in, fielding questions on the cave, ordering meals, room maintenance. She even volunteered info on some ongoing village festivities so I (and fellow guests) could join if we wanted to.

Green valley (even in the middle of January) with crystal clear blue river. The place is very quiet, there are just a few very local agricultural villages around. Food in hotel restaurant is great. Owners are helpful with arranging trips. There is a LOT of trip options with a very few tourists around. The Konglor cave is a must ;-) The 15 km kayak trip on the river was also great for there were only us on the river (and buffalos :D)

It is clean, central, close to the cave, there is a restaurant at the site. Great value for money.
It is in the village, surrounded by tobacco fields , so you get 100% Lao :) and your money stays with the locals :)

A top to come with cash prepared as the ATM is an hour's drive back out of the village.
Great location, it's a mere 10 minute walk to the cave. You can easily visit the cave in the morning and check out after coming back from visiting it, if you decide to not visit the village at the other end of the cave. It is also very quiet and peaceful here.
The location is fantastic. Short stroll to Konglor Cave and extremely quiet. My room was clean and large with a really comfortable bed and pillow. Staff are friendly and helpful. Also a good restaurant attached if you do not wish to explore other food options in the village.
A great place to stay either before or after the caves. It's basic but the dorms are spacious and great vfm. The food is good and the staff are warm and friendly. The beds are clean, comfy and large.If you have time, a second night would allow more exploration of the village life
Nice place to stay, friendly Staffel, about 500m to Khong lor cave. There at 8 o, clock boats start. If you wanna stay 2hours over there, Tell this when buying Ticket at the Ticket Office. Our guide said, stop 1/2 hour, then going back, which was ok for as, as there isn,t much to see at the other side, if you don,t want just to hang around or going to next village by bike.
