All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Some of them speak great English, and even for those who don't, it was always smooth using any simple app on the phone like Google Translate. I was especially impressed that they individually remember for example how I like things in the room, or a question I asked yesterday, and then they were consistent and even proactive about it tomorrow. Very clean, well set-up room with all the amenities, including a fridge and kettle, as well as a cute balcony (the only room with a balcony, I think). Excellent breakfast (with lots of variety) on the spacious terrace. It's kind of on the edge of the center, but it's a pleasant walk through a park to get into town. We've stayed in several Booking.com places in Central Asia, and this is the only one that matched the description and actually had everything that was described on the website!
