This is an appartment hotel. It is very close to the train station. Trains run every few moinutes and take you in ten minutes downtown Kyoto. A few restaurants and some shopping are within walking distance. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Communication to reserve the room and the car parking was very quick and easy. We had a great time.

Excellent stay, super helpful staff. The room was big enough for a couple (size above average for Japanese hotel room standards). The location was convenient, close to an underground station and only 15mins walk from the main Kyoto station (where the bullet train is). We didn't try the Japanese breakfast, but the "non-Japanese" was good but portions on the small size.

The rooms were comfortable and it was a great experience to sleep on the traditional futon beds. The staff were absolutely lovely and forthcoming, everything was explained perfectly and everything you could possibly need was provided. The breakfast was delicious and the onsen across the street was ana amazing experience.
