Having a larger space to relax in was really nice after previously staying in some cramped rooms during our visit to Japan.
It was nice having so many facilities available to use - combined washer/dryer in room, kitchenette, closet space, access to gym/sauna, nice guest lounge on the second floor, etc.
Having breakfast included was also great because so many cafes, etc. in Japan tend to open around 11am and we had been relying on a lot on convenience store purchases for breakfasts prior to our stay at the Fraser Residence. They had a great selection of breakfast options at the buffet with labeled allergen information.
