Our stay at this hotel apartment in Sapporo was exceptional. The self check-in and check-out process was incredibly easy with the tablet in the lobby. The apartment is very spacious, featuring two bedrooms that provided plenty of room for our entire family. The separate toilet and bathroom were a great convenience, allowing us to use them without any traffic issues. The kitchen was well equipped with all the basic utensils we needed. Each room had air-conditioning and a heater, ensuring comfort regardless of the weather. The huge TV screen in the living room was a delightful surprise, and the beds and blankets were extremely comfortable. We were also pleased with the ample supply of towels for our entire stay. The apartment was very clean and tidy. We were touched by the welcome signage in our native language and the thoughtful welcome snack. The staff was very active in communicating with us and promptly addressed all our requests.

Great location, nijo Market just down the road. Subway nearby and very walkable to odori park and even Sapporo Station. The unit is well equipped, washer/dryer, Heater in living room and bedroom, also AC if needed. Kitchen also has stove, toaster oven and microwave and refrigerator. Free wifi is also a mobile Hotspot you can take with you during your daytrips. We would stay again!

Design of the house was good. With sufficient rooms and two toilets and two baths. Location was near to many eateries. Very good for families as there is enough space for everyone. We had a party of 6 including 2 kids and 2 senior citizens.
