Nice, quiet place, equipped with everything what you need, very comfy beds & even proper beddings (not sheet only style😉). Marvelous view over the lake from swimming pool as well as from your bedroom(lake within walking distance approx.5’). Perfect fit for a romantic couple or family vacation. Very quick and helpfull communication with the owners-Monika answered milion questions before our arrival🙏, also during the stay with caretaker Ivan and his wife. Would definitely come back.

A perfect place for a quiet, peaceful and wonderful stay. Gianluca and his father were very welcoming and the house included breakfast, coffee, and many other amenities like their own local wine. Our arrival time was very late and we couldn't find any options of car rental, but Gianluca helped us to make sure we could have a car on our arrival. We will definitely come back, it was a fantastic experience!

The place is really incredible. The hosts are amazing warm people and have wonderful animals. At first the place is hard to find, but when you finally get into the place it is worth it! Then you also don’t have much problem to get into once again. It is good to have car to go to restaurants, shops or costa Esmeralda, but the place is so worth it!
