A warm welcome in beautiful surroundings, ideal for finding peace and feeling at ease. We especially liked the restaurant, the friendliness, the pasta workshop with Ana. The wine tasting is highly recommended, we found it great (the red wines we tried were very well balanced), not to forget their tasty olive oil. Everything was perfect! The house is beautiful and comfortable, the owners extremely nice and helpful. The equipment is impressive, Laura has thought of everything you can need during your stay. I had never seen a so well equipped lodging, it's like being at home. Also the written indications, leaflets, recommendations etc show that beyond professionalism there's true desire to make the guests feel good.

The location was beautiful. We didn't eat at the accommodation so can't comment on that. The room was a bit expensive compared to other accommodation on our trip. The hosts were lovely and provided an iron, sewing kit and fan for our room at short notice.

We arrived up the mountain late in the evening after visiting Florence. Linda welcomed us with a warm smile and made us feel at home right away. Because of the rain, we had no idea in what wonderful place we ended up in. The next morning we woke up to amazing far reaching views of the Tuscan countryside. In the common washing room we could use the washing machine for free. In the evening when we got back from our daily city trip we were welcomed with a tasty homemade traditional meal. Paula, the restaurant hostess accompanied this meal with inside stories about the history of this family run farmb&b and the area. Meanwhile Linda left some wood for the stove to make the cosy mountaintop experience complete. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you Linda and the rest of the team for this amazing experience. 👏

Everything was perfect. A very clean and comfortable house in a small village about 30 minutes from Florence.. Free parking near the house. Laura is always available to help you.
The 'Big Bang'/top of building suite at the top was spectacular. The room was beautiful with a fab view. The in-house hotel/villa food was more than acceptable and we ate their twice during our 4 day stay. This was partially because going into Pontassieve, parking, then going into Florence wasn't the most economical way of doing this. Luckily their food is fantastic.
The bed was more than fine, the view, as mentioned, was great.
Beautiful location in the Italian countryside, small charming village and stunning views. Wonderful service and we got an invitation to an amazing barbecue night by Giovanni. Don't forget to visit the ice cream bar in the village.
I would totally recommend this villa, it is located on a hill near the center of Florence, it is very calm and relaxing. The staff is very welcoming and they have a very good breakfast too.
Super location from the train station in a very pretty Tuscan village which makes a great alternative to the overpriced Florence . If you are inter railing their are regular train connections . There is a very good Coop supermarket in town which has a hot food counter. The room was very clean and comfortable with a lovely courtyard garden

Lovely and ultra cleaned accommodation in a tiny village. Everything you need is in there, and the host is very helpful, in a fluent english.
Great location to explore this very interesting area in Tuscany.
And, if you use the train, it will take you 30 minutes (and less than 3 euros) from the accommodation to the heart of Florence.
