Very convenient location, nice spacy appartement with a view on the small port of Fezzano. Would recommend to anyone interested in visiting the area while staying at a relatively quiet place. The parking spot available is a huge plus. The owner is very welcoming and super helpful.

The location and the sea view were excellent. The appartment is nicely decorated with marble floors and white/aquablue ornaments. Kitchen very complete, including coffeemaker and washing machine. Because the appartment is on the 4th floor the balcony offers a stunning view on the Bay of La Spezia and at night it is romantically illuminated with little lamps. Check in and check out with host Davide was excellent and communication was very good.

The apartment is really well located to reach everything in the area and right in front of the sea. It really had everything that we wanted, a great bathroom, comfortable bed, and well equipped kitchen. The village and apartment were really perfect for our visit! 10/10!

Breakfast was not offered at this stay. What we liked was how helpful the owners were in assisting us with a fabulous resturant for dinner, just a short walk away. They helped us understand the best way to see the sights and get there. We felt they were available for any questions or needs we had during our stay. Their home for us was very comfortable and spacious. The views are amazing.

Very accommodating. Initially talked to the host/wife via whatsapp, very friendly. Then met with the host/husband on check in day. He doesnt speak English but he did everything for us to understand what he meant for us to have a comfortable stay. Got our coffee and breakfast biscuits too. Amenities 100% lovin it. Also they have a partial scenic view of the ocean. Very nice place! 100% recommended!
