Het home is fully equipped and has a beautiful view on the mountains. Lovely calm and a good place to be out in the surrounding nature or lovely villages in the valley of Valtellina. Valter and Lella are very friendly and helpful hosts that know the area and are very willing to share their tips of must see places. They only speak Italian but are exceptionally wise in using Google Translate with speech so communication was not a problem. We enjoyed this holiday home and the area of Valtellina. We were in the winter time and did beautiful hikes and runs in the mountains and the valley. We imagine this area is great for mountainbiking and cycling (on a racing bike) as well in the more frost free time period.

Cristina and Darko are the friendliest people and hosts. They offered help for carrying our luggage up the stairs, provided for their homemade goat milk based dairy products, showed us their goat farm, offered fresh tomatoes from their garden, gave tipps regarding excursions and were simply very hearty and welcoming.to us. They have a dog and two cats, one of them had three baby kittens. ☺️ The appartement is part of an old farmhouse. The apartment is all newly renovated and clean and the kitchen is sufficiently equipped.The AC was really a blessing in this hot climate. The apartment is reachable through an external stairway, which gave it a special touch. There were a number of maps, flyers and leaflets on excursions. Postalesio is a quiet town, which we enjoyed. We felt very much at home. A big thank you. ☺️

The view is stunning and the house is cozy and clean. It had everything we needed, complete kitchenware, grill, a beautiful wooden table outside for dinner under the stars. Mountain hikes can be made directly from the place or at a short driving distance. Gianluigi is a great host. Our rental car had technical problems and he was always there to help, even proposed us a temporary car and personally drove us to the train station in the morning.
