Great location in Fort Kochi, walking distance from shops and restaurants. Johnson & his family are fantastic, so warm and welcoming and happy to help with anything. The property is beautiful, rooms are big and clean with a comfortable bed and aircon. We absolutely loved the lush green roof terrace, so peaceful!

The lunar homes villa was a beautiful stay with all facilities. Hosts are very friendly and responds immediately if needed any guidance. I would recommend this stay for people visiting cochin.
Such a lovely homestay, with the loveliest family. We originally booked the small room but transferred to the large front room, and it was wonderful having a balcony and looking out over the trees and hearing the birds... it felt like a village, not being in a city! The location was excellent, with restaurants and shops nearby, and a short walk to the ferry and bus station. We'd definitely go back!
We stayed at Jasmin Villa during our recent trip to India. The hosts Stanley and Jasmine were excellent. They made our stay very comfortable, gave us advise on where we can buy things, Stanley arranged for our transport and guided us on how to travel to various destinations.
Nice furnished clean room with aircondition. Jasmine cooked us some excellent traditional Kerala breakfast and was always willing to accommodate our requests.
A highly recommended homestay and will definitely come back the next time in Kochi.
Kochi Bella Villa has an excellent location in Fort Kochi and the host is super friendly and helpful. The room was calm, clean and had everything we needed. Unfortunately we couldn't stay more than one night, but I totally recommend this place. You will feel safe and very welcome.
Loved to location in a small village close to the airport, so much better than staying in a hotel. The large apartment was light and airy and comfortable. The hosts Sunil and Juby were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. They sorted out lunch and even offered to drive us to a restaurant in the evening. We stayed local and ate opposite the apartment which was great. They arranged a taxi to the airport which was around a 15 minute drive. A perfect end to our holiday in India.
All members of the staff are very kind and helpful. All around the retreat you can find small towns/villages full of very gentle and smiling people. Food is amazing. Treatments are helpful and goal directed. The yoga in the open air at 630 am is the thing I will miss the most.
The homestay is very neat and tidy and is in a perfect location: in the village area so you live more like a local but within a few minutes walking distance to the tourist sites of Fort Kochi. The owners offered great suggestions about where to eat and helped me book an excellent backwater boat tour. I was here for 7 days and everyday breakfast was different and delicious and was served with fresh fruit. I like that breakfast was served at the same time so all the guests got to eat together and chat in the morning.
We had a wonderful stay at Jasmin Villa. The homestay is very nice, the rooms are comfortable, cosy and the air conditioning worked very well. Wifi also worked well. It is about 25 mins walk away from Fort Kochi centre or a short tuk tuk ride for a low cost. Jasmin and Stanley helped us to organise tickets to the traditional dance show, and drivers etc. they were very helpful! Jasmin’s cooking was delicious.
