This is a hidden gem in Chennai!! Both the owner and the caretaker are friendly and attentive. They recognize that it's my first time in India and go above and beyond to make my trip memorable, checking in regularly via WhatsApp to see if I need any assistance. The owner speaks fluent English, making communication very easy.
The room is self contained and is being maintained well with new pillow and bed sheets and spotless bathroom. I will definitely come again for my next visit.

The room was very comfortable and clean, with AC, tv, towels, soap. Kitchen was available and in the kitchen there was a water filter, thanks to which we didnt have to buy bottled water. And I really enjoyed spending evenings on the rooftop terrace. The owner is very helpful and caring, we didn’t have any problem with check-in and could contact him anytime. Also the area is very calm and safe, which was a big relief after spending previous days in triplicane district. I definitely would choose this stay again

Had a lovely stay here for a month with my wife and parents. The place was clean, the breakfast was great and the neighbourhood was safe. The host Savita was very friendly and helpful. We had a few additional requests that she sorted out with no complaints. The caretaker Buddha was also so friendly and helpful. In the area there's a gym, grocery store and many food places - all within walking distance

The villas were beautifully maintained, with a stunning beachfront view. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay very pleasant.
The receptionist is looking like burgers and not qualifies for reception lifestyle and act as a deep rural village guy and not dress sense as well appearance too bad and smelling.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this villa in ECR with our group of friends. It is very clean and tidy. Check-in process was smooth. The property owners Gokul & Viji waited for us to arrive and took us on a quick tour of the property. Their suggestions on beach side restaurants to try was amazing!! Internet connectivity is good. We had a very comfortable stay at this villa. Will stay again next time!
Mer Vue Villa is a wonderful place to relax with your family and friends. The place was well maintained and it delivered on what it promised. We enjoyed the beach, the pool, the Sea breeze and the spectacular view from the terrace..
It’s mentioned as complete villa with 2 bedrooms and kitchen but one bedroom for us and other bedroom for some others , this not mentioned in website. Final moment staff changed the location of property itself even though we paid advance amount. AC is not working. Completely not satisfied
The villa itself was beautifully designed and impeccably maintained, providing a comfortable and luxurious retreat for us to relax and unwind. We particularly enjoyed spending our evening at the common swimming pool, where we could splash around and enjoy the refreshing water in a serene and picturesque setting.
