Very easy to access as it's literally 2 mins of the M8 Cork/Dublin Motorway. Value for money is exceptional. Very comfy bed, roomy with a large ensuite with shower, sink and toilet. There was a TV but I didn't use it. There were enough room for 3 people (1 double bed + 1 single bed)
Host was very friendly, easy to talk to and accommodating.
Breakfast was great, freshly cooked nothing fancy but a full Irish nonetheless. I stayed in 4 star hotel before with a way worse breakfast than this. Honestly 0 fault.
