Convenient location for short term stays and passengers having to fly from Dublin Airport. Loved the room which was very comfortable and large and a good value for money. It was my first travelodge experience but definitely not the last

Spacious room and bath, with particularly nice coffee and tea facilities. The expansive pub and restaurant downstairs offers good food and drink options, with remarkably long hours. Swords village has a quaint castle, some other appealing eateries, and a pleasant riverside park. There's a bus line direct from the airport, and given the short distance, an Uber ride back was also very reasonable. So this is a significantly pleasanter stopover than you'd get from an actual airport hotel.

Comfortable firm beds, which was very welcome as we have found on our travels in Ireland that many hotels have soft and small “double “ beds. It is an easy min taxi ride from airport . Restaurant and bar on premise, food ok. If you have more time and need to stretch your legs , 10 min walk to village ‘swords ‘ with a lovely pub , called “ the old schoolhouse “ definitely worth the walk.

We only stayed here one night, and we are very glad we did. Although it’s only 10 minutes from the airport, it is actually in a cute Irish village. We had a delicious dinner at a nearby pub (The Old Schoolhouse), and then the next day we had enough time to go to Malahide Castle (about a 10 minute cab ride away from the inn) before we had to catch our plane. Since we were a party of 4, we had 2 rooms, and both were clean, quiet, and comfortable. We would happily stay here again.
