I recently stayed at this delightful accommodation and couldn't be more pleased with my experience! The location is truly great, providing easy access to nearby attractions while still feeling comfortable and inviting. The rooms were impeccably clean and cozy, offering an amazing view that made my stay even more special.
What really stood out to me was the host—friendly and responsive, they went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect. And let me tell you about the breakfast! It was of excellent quality and plentiful for the price, easily the best breakfast I've had in a long time. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!

We come here twice a year for our grandparents anniversary mass. Perfect location, walking distance to Letterfrack village. Would love if check out was a little later but its still manageable. The kids love the farm animals that are roaming freely during the day. We needed to book an extra night this time around and Carmel was very helpful in getting it organised. We'll be back again in April 😊

Warm and comfortable.
Helpful .
In a quiet corner of Clifden, this quiet haven of rich comfort and classic Irish hospitality is just 93 steps from the vibrant buzz of Clifden town centre.
Wonderful location near the village yet private, peaceful and secluded. Outside, magnificent scenery on show all around. Inside, clean, cosy and comfortable. Perfectly located for excursions to the wonders of Conemara.
Great location if you want to explore Connemara. Nice surroundings, close to a lot of interesting places. Villages with shops, cafés, pubs, etc. are within 10-15mins drive.
The views from the property are exceptional. The owners were very friendly and more than helpful. The Lodge is set right in the centre of the village making easy to get to the local shops and village pub. Parking at the Lodge is off the main road that passes through the village and the vehicles are not visible to people passing by.
Hotel location was excellent with amazing views of the loch and the surrounding hills.
Public rooms were very comfortable.
Facilities for travellers with pet dog were good with small lakeside garden across the road adjacent to loch.
Short walk to small village with warm welcome in the Hamilton bar.
Staff were very professional and helpful, I had a change of plans which was dealt with really well, absolutely zero drama. Breakfast was very good, as were meals in bar, staff were really efficient and food quality and prices were reasonable.
Location is excellent with views over the lough and plenty of parking right outside, small village a short walk away.
Also had a huge lounge room with loads of sofas and quiet area to chill out.
I have come to this hotel for 42 years and would say it is my favourite hotel in Europe.
Location CANNOT be improved upon. Local walks are superb and the two pubs in the village are great.
Breakfast superb. Will be back this year for at least one visit. Staf are very friendly and helpful.
