Room heating controlled by front desk - had to call at 22:30 to ask for the heating to be turned on, then at 02:30 make the same request - noise from the road all night

Lovely farmhouse family run B&B, great location. Clean, comfortable rooms with a hearty breakfast. B&B's are not usually our thing but we were in the area for work and it was the very best that was available anywhere near Bandon.

Maire was an amazing host and nothing was too much trouble. From booking our dinner reservation to driving us to dinner, doing our washing....and so much more. It was a wonderful stay with special touches.
The location is absolutely perfect if you are going to visit Blarney Castle. Walking from Foxhollow took us about 10 minutes, and if you got a taxi from the village after having a few pints of Murphys, then this would only take 3 minutes and cost you around 5 euros.
Once we had changed rooms to a suite, we were in a happier mood. This hotel and woollen mill were busy places. Breakfast in The Loom was good, cooked to order, but lots of choice. In the evenings, we ate at Christy's the first night, and had a good meal (steak, salmon). After that we used the Chinese takeaway in Blarney village and had a lunch in Cork.
Beautiful spacious triple room.
Very friendly staff and great to be able to have meals in the bar. Great location in Blarney village, easy journey to the city if required.
Our host was extremely friendly and welcoming
The facilities were spotlessly clean and suited our requirements perfectly. The property is in a fabulous area and so close to the village of Blarney which is a beautiful place and has a great buzz
