The location was good, the staff were friendly and helpful, the internet connection was decent and the room was clean. I also used the laundry service and I was happy with it. I cannot and should not complain for the price, which was of great value for what I got.

The property exceeded our expectations. I have stayed in four different units in the Pakuwan Super Mall. Ranging from great to bait and switch disappointments. The price point was comparable to single room units. The fine touches made all the difference. New Water dispenser with hot, cold and room temperature options New Microwave New cooking range New sofa New beds (Super Comfortable) New high quality pillows and sheets Excellent decor choices and tastes that made it cozy, comfortable Two New Samsung smart TVs that were expansive and great to watch. True 4K, not cheap generic brands. 3 AC units. one per room! Cutlery, cookware, French press with complimentary coffee Everything was super clean. We normally have to wash everything before use but it was not the case here. There was not a spot, a speck or flake of dirt anywhere. Access directly to the mall was great. The staff on site were always very polite and helpful. The gym was small but never too busy. Key pick was easy and drop off a breeze. The host was responsive and always ready to help if needed. I had an issue with the internet being a tad slow and she had it resolved with the provider within 20 minutes. You don't hear anything outside or from other units. The building is spotless and well maintained. We received 2 key cards and 2 FOBS with very handy wallets to carry them in. Access is with a key fob to the door. No need to remember numbers and passwords. Every single detail has been well planned and thought out. The host seems to have her own experience traveling and knows what anyone might need or want during a stay. It was the best stay I have had in a long time. I've been traveling throughout Asia for the past two years and this was on par with a 5 star hotel if not better. Recommend to anyone who doesn't want or need to settle for less than an enjoying and quality experience.
