We really enjoyed our stay in a private vila with pool the Royal Santrian. The villa is quite large and offers a lot of privacy. The private pool with sunbeds and covered seating area is amazing. This place is a gem. The rooms were clean and tidy, hot shower, good aircon and bottled water each day. The staff were incredible, they even helped with our laundry.
The pool area is very relaxing and quiet. The location of the hotel is off the main road so it is very quiet. There are some nice restaurants nearby, but other than that, there wasn’t much to do in the area. We spent our time sunbathing by the pool.

I booked the airport transfer and it was lovely to be met by Billy. He made me feel so welcome to Bali. My little bungalow in his beautiful gardens was just delightful. Unlike many places in Bali this property is not far from a main road and the access road is hard surface (but a little bit of a hill - I never walked as it was easy to get taxis with Grab or Gojek). However, there is hardly any traffic noise at all at the property - just the sound of very contented birds) My room was very spacious, bed was large and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. I had breakfast there most days and it was delicious - also had a few lunches there - the Club sandwich is fabulous.
Billy and his family are very thoughtful and caring hosts and I hope to stay there again in the future.

The villa comes with a butler who met us during check in and helped us throughout our stay. The property was amazing, the view was the deciding factor when I decided to book with them. We were hosting an event at the villa and the villa manager was very helpful in helping us sort things out. Breakfast was great, but it will be helpful for the attendant to create a written list of what we ordered, because we didn't remember ourselves and they had to keep asking us what we ordered.

We had a 1 bedroom pool villa. It was massive and clean. The property is not huge so quick access every where. There are two additional pools in the resort which are equally as good. The Spa is amazing and good value, although cheaper outside but still great value.

OMG this Villa is absolutely stunning, so big and spacious, the bed was very comfy and the aircon worked perfectly. Having your own private pool was so lovely, you can go in any time of day and night, the room and pool were cleaned every day, and was nice having bottles of water left in the room for you. The food was fantastic, you could go to the restaurant or room service was available. The staff, and the owners Sari and her husband went out of their way to do everything we asked for, and were very friendly. Can’t wait to go back next year.
