OMG! The location, for starters - this is sheer poetry, the terraced mountain view, and the wind in the wild palms - I could have stayed a month. Spectacular location, overlooking north end of Amorgos, great hiking out the front door, All the facilities were exceptional, kitchen, bathroom and the bedroom comfortable and very quiet and restorative after a day's hiking. Several good tavernas nearby. Beautiful beach about 3km walk or drive away. A real well rounded base of operation, outside the busyness of the port, but still easy to reach for ferry or car rentals.
