Eva and her husband were particularly attentive hosts, it was the first time we had experienced this. When we arrived they had prepared special Greek treats for us, we were also catered for during our stay, wow! The flat was spotlessly clean, had everything you need, the bed was very comfortable the garden is beautifully maintained and has a large terrace with seating and a hammock. You have to keep in mind that this accommodation offers more than you pay for.. The house is spacious with everything you need. Huge terrace downstairs and also upstairs. Very quiet area. Good Internet with good phone signal, great if you're working remotely. (This is what we did) Air-conditioning on each room. Well equipped kitchen. Good washing machine. The bed sheets were clean. The weather in the evening is amazing. We had chill nights to enjoy. The TV from upstairs is perfect for netflix.

Really loved the rural feel of this property although town is just a few minutes away. Enjoyed the layout of the house. The beds are very comfortable. Would visit again. I liked the bottle of wine, pastries and coffee that was left for us. I also really liked the property manager Nikos.

Eliva Garden house is modern and freshly renovated. It has all facilities you might need during your vacation in Chania. Excellent parking place with closed gates. Inside it was plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. In addition, it has 2 terraces and 1 balcony outside where you could spend evenings. In the garden owners grow oranges, pomegranates, bananas, lemons, so it was good educational experience for Northern European kids. Lastly, the host and John Boy are super friendly and do their best to help you enjoy your stay.

The architecture of villas merging modern and traditional stone design styles. The complex is brand new, surrounded by newly planted flowers and trees, and located in a peaceful area with great views of the mountains and hills around Chania. The city center is just a 5-min drive away. Overall, an ideal destination for families with children, we are definitely coming back!
