Excellent location. Very clean and spacious property. I asked for early check in and the owner was quick to respond and fulfil my request, without extra cost. When I visit Kos again, I will certainly check availability at Milva Apartments first.

The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, with an incredibly inviting atmosphere both inside and in the yard. We had a lovely stay at Kosnian City Suites. A really smart, spotlessly clean apartment with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. Great location with everything within a few minutes walk. Eirini was a brilliant host, very friendly.

This apartment got everything one may need on vacation. The flat offers a lot of space, 3 balconies and is also well-furnished. If you prefer to prepare a meal by yourself sometimes, kitchen's equipment is more than satisfying for a long stay. Moreover, one of the most relaxing beaches is just around 700 meter far away. You can reach the city for grocery & co in 2-3min by car. It takes you only 2-3 min drive to get to Lidl or max 5 min to touristic area with plenty of little stores, bars and restaurants. We loved everything about Manolis place. Especially the outdoor space which is amazing with a beautiful patio and garden area. Perfect for chilling out after a day at the beach or sightseeing. The house itself has everything you could need and is so bright with amazing air con both in the living room and bedroom. The bed is absolutely huge and soooo comfortable. Manolis himself is very quick to reply with any issues which we had when we arrived late ......we broke the key in the front door.!!!!! Manolis was very understanding and sorted it straight away. We will definitely return to this beautiful place.
