Nikolas and Maria were super kind and hospitable! Nice apartment that has everything you need, for a reasonable price. Great location close to Eucalyptus street and Kolymbia beach. We didn't rent a car but bus stops were around the corner in front of the Atlantica Imperial Resort. Nice little terrace too in front of the house where we could have breakfast outside.

All great! Absolutely clean, close to everything. The owner is been amazing! Kind, accountable and when we asked if there was a bedrail for our child, on the same day he went to the shop to buy it for us! Inside the apartment there was all we needed to cook, toilet and shower stuff, clean bedsheets, confortable bed, water and a bottle of wine in the fridge. The pool was a great plus during our stay! Nothing was missing and also the home furnishings were all new and well designed. Thanks George for making our stay so great and if I will be back to Rodhos, I will choose to stay in this apartment again.

The villa was clean & spacious, beautifully furnished. The pool area was better than expected with toilet, showers & bbq. Great party venue for friends & family. Lots of bedding if you searched all bedroom storage. Lovely upstairs balcony where we could all fit around the table. Outdoor night lights were a lovely touch in the manicured garden. Lots of outdoor furniture around the pool. Neighbouring dogs were very friendly & laid with us, which we enjoyed. Huge TV in every room, which we didn't watch. Between the 2 kitchens there is everything you need to cook a large meal. Also, every utility you need such as hair dryer, iron, wash baskets etc. Very local supermarket. The small island was easy to drive around. The prettiest beach tavernas were on the west coast. We didn't realise that the season hadn't started & most things were shut but this didn't take away our enjoyment of the villa. It was lovely to not be with tourists. The owners cook a traditional meal on one evening, which was a lovely touch. They live minutes away & were on hand as soon as I called to change a light bulb. Very friendly.

The house was lovely and comfortable. Lots of great recommendations of places to eat and close location to lots of beaches. We went to Tsambika beach most days due to the sand and shallow waters for swimming with a young child (10 minute drive) but there is one with pebbles just 200m away. Recommend having a car.
