Parking is just at the door and the road from the house to the sea is breathtaking. Several beaches and lake Kournas are within 20 minutes by car. Seitan limani is about an hour by car, Elafonisi is less than two hours - and these are one of the best beaches to go in the western side of Crete. This was a super discovery; everything was great. The house is awesome, spacious and authentique. A nice kitchen with everything for breakfast and comfortable sofacorner. We also loved the courtyard and the rooftop hangout. And then ofcourse a swimmingpool around the corner, excellent! And everything sparkling clean! The little village is lovely situated in a great environement with view of the mountains. And the local tavern has the most excellent food. Everybody was very friendy.
