Very nice villa with all amenities in the middle of a typical Cretan village. We really enjoyed the kind of unspoiled local touch of the village, the comfort of the house after day trips on the island and of course the “jacuzzi” swimming pool. On top of that, Pavlos the owner has paid a lot of attention to our well-being, for example contacting us during a rain storm to inquire about our whereabouts and tell us which local roads are safer to take given the weather conditions.

Michael is a great host, he waited for us at the Villa to greet us and show us around and since we were coming in late (our flight was planned to land around midnight - but eventually landed with two hour delay) he also bought some groceries so we could have breakfast without first having to go the the store. At the Villa you will have a nice informational package prepared by Michael that will show you the nearest and recommended points so you don't have to worry how to find grocery store, gas station, how to get to the beach etc., really helpful. The view is magnificent (you can see the island of Dia - which you MUST visit) and the pool is a star! At the end of stay Michael did not let us leave without him wishing us a good trip in person, which we really appreciated and of course thank him for all the great time we had at the Villa and for his good bye gifts! Really a nice cozy Villa that we can not recommend enough and Michael is the most gracious host.
