Great place for a stay in Greece! We enjoyed our accommodation because it was very good equipped. The host was so kind that we enjoyed staying with them in the olive tree orchard. At our arrival we received eggs from their hens, as well as gem and tsipouro( a local drink). In the kitchen we had all we needed (plates, cutlery and glasses) and we cooked in the oven and in the air-fryer. The bed was very comfortable. They offered us to borrow their kayak canoe and we had so much fun with it. We enjoyed everything: the little village, our lovely hosts (hello Georgia and Dimitri!), the room, the kitchen, the olive trees, and even their cute dogs : Rosa and Bianca. Our child played in the garden and with the dogs and even received little gifts every night, and with was so fun for him! Thank you a lot for such a good time!

Amazing place to use as a base to explore Chalkidiki. Especially good for kids to explore, play and roam. The room had all modern amenities at our disposal, from a fully fitted kitchen, to a toaster, airfryer, fridge, tv, AC and more. Very neatly organized, with various areas under olive trees for families and kids to have their breakfast, lunch, dinner or simply chill. Coming back from the beach or after a long excursion, it was so good to have many choices to either enjoy the quietness or be more social in the common areas. There are hammocks and swings under the shade of vines and olive trees. The hosts were very accomodating, friendly and were taking good care of us. The hosts were very generous, to the point that they brought in some kids bikes for the children to use. Freshly gathered eggs and the company of two very friendly dogs that the owners had on the premises were two unforgettable highlights as well. There is a bakery that makes all sorts of delicious things and also makes coffee, a must before you set out to your next destination, a couple of grocery stores and a few tavernas within 5' of driving distance. A beach bar is within 10' of walking distance on a quiet road. Agios Mammas is situated next to a bigger town, Nea Moudania that during the summer hosts many cultural events and has a vibrant market. A summer, open air cinema is also there should you want a break from enjoying whst the town has to offer. All in all, we can highly recommend Green Olive Studios for the experience and the very pleasant memories we made there!

Great clean and tidy house with a huge extremely well maintained yard. Excellent location - 200 m from a wonderful beach. Everything about our stay was top notch. Extremely responsive and kind host. Thanks for the welcome Sarantis. I hope to see you again next year.

Big house, well maintained, kitchen is good equipped. The 2nd floor has separate entrance - it’s very comfortable to have 2 bedrooms with toilet and shower at the second floor and big kitchen, living room and 2 beds and one more toilet and shower at the first floor. Also there’s additional shower outside of the house - it’s very convenient. Owners bought new washing machine - thanks a lot for that. Several times they bring us delicious cakes. Behind the house is beautiful garden of olive trees. We were with our dog - there are a lot of space for us and him. The sea is in 1 minute from the house by foots. Hospitality is at the highest level - we are going to come back next time to Ammos house.

Beautiful house with most perfect yard for kids to play and place where you can enjoy evening. There is three bedrooms and living room with kitchen so there is planty of space for big families. Everything is so neat and clean and eaven pretier then the photos. Kitchen is very well equipped with all nessesery things for all family. The sand beach is close and the bar at the beach is very nice. The host was very polite and available at any time for additional questions. We will definitely be back. 😊

We (3 adults, 2 kids) spent very pleasant relaxing 9 days in Villa Mamas Beach. Very well furnished and maintained villa and garden around. The beach is at about 250 m – nice for kids and calm - practically private (at the end of June you can see no more than 15 people spread out on the long beach – more than 1 km). At about 10-15 min by car you may find good Greek taverns (either westwards - Nea Moudania or eastwards – Kalives). There is supermarkets at the same distance and small shops in the village centrum – 5 min by car. The hosts real hospitality and friendliness has to be especially mentioned (thank you, Irini) – we also received every day either vegetables and fruits from the garden or home conserved olives or donuts. I fully confirm the very nice reviews and recommendations of the other guests - the place definitely deserves them.
