Spacious, modern, clean studio in the centre of Asprovalta. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Friendly staff who even for one night stay gave us a thank you box with tasty cookies.
The only thing is that the studio is on the ground floor, as shown in the picture at Booking.com. For some people this is preferable option for some this might be an issue.

Great location close to the beach and village center, but quite. Naturally shadowed private parking. Good WiFi. Easy check-in. Very friendly and helpful owner. Our room was tiny, but still OK, we could fit all belongings for a 4 nights stay. Clean. There is a small kitchenette, we didn't use it, as there are plenty of dining options just 5 min away. We stayed in a ground floor studio, with direct access to the shared garden, very nice to stay in the afternoon or evening. Mornings are quite sunny there. We had a great stay.
It is a tranquil rural place, perfect for good rest. The villa has everything needed in place. 5 min walk to the 3 biggest supermarkets in the area. Also, the Monday market is very close. Amiable and responsive host. We had one of our best vacations for 12 days.
Lovely villa nearby the beach and the center. The owner is hospitable and responsible. The staff who is working there - Yana is amazing person. Rooms are very clean, the garden is beautiful and the parking is very comfortable. I reccomend it.
Location was very good - close to the beech and to the village centrum. The room was not hot (even in the hot days), clean, equipped with comfortable bed and many kitchen facilities . The garden was perfect - big enough, with a lot of green and place for parking.
It is located in a quiet and peaceful place, as if you are in the village in your own house. Spacious with a nice view of the sea. The house has everything for cooking. The price-quality ratio is relevant. The beach below the house is not crowded and is very calm.

I recommend Sofia's Cottage as a very nice place to stay if you want to feel almost like home. Nothing to complain about. Very nice owners with a very warm attitude. Sofia is a wonderful woman! She often surprised us with tipycal greek sweets and breakfasts. The villa is situated in the calm part of the city and close to the central part of Asprovalta, just 10 minutes walking. If you want to explore the area, there are a lot of beautiful beaches.
Villa is on the nice location, near the city center and max 10 min walk from the sea. You can park the car in or outside yard. Maria is a such a great girl, always at service.
