Great location - only 5 minute drive to center of town or a 20 minute walk. Lovely pool, though it was cool as we were there mid-October. Beautiful view of sea from large pool area. Communication and check in was easy. Free parking was easy and secure. Good Wifi - which was important as I needed it for work. Maria was very nice and engaging. Staff were all very friendly and kind. The property was beautifully manicured by a fellow that also helped serve breakfast. The Indonesian girl server was also very kind. Beds were good. Shower configuration in our bedroom was a little weird as you had to be careful not to splash edge of bed - suggest they extend the shower wall. The blind between living room and bedroom was also too short. Fabulous and large breakfast with greek yoghurt, honey and fruit, eggs, some days as omelette or fried, one day we had crepes and other pancakes, baked good including bread, sometime mini spanokopitas or croissants plus jam and preserves. Coffee wasn't great, so went out for coffees afterwards, which was fine. Bed linens were good as were towels. They also provided slippers and robes but no beach towels. You can rent beach towels if you wish. We loved this palce nd if we stay in Arkana again, we will definitely stay here ! Thank you MARIA and staff!

We are so glad we found this beautiful place in Arkasa for our small family. Our 4 yrs old boy had a fenced space to play outside, while we could enjoy quality time as a couple. The hosts were so amazing, they welcomed us personally with local goodies, wine, drinks and even homemade cake. We felt at home right away. The apartment is very private, in a great location, overlooking the coast (breathtaking sundowns!) and the town but still just walking distance to the small centre where smiley people and delicious food are everywhere. Big and furnished lounge terrace with shade, full kitchen, washer, modern bathroom with double sized shower, comfortable mattresses and a twin bed with railings for our small boy were just few of the amazing features that made our stay just perfect along with a fast internet wi-fi, big screen smart tv, a/c (we didn't need it in September). The private parking was very convenient. Nights were very quiet and allowed us to sleep very good. We even had unexpected cleanings half way of our stay and were regularly contacted to check if we needed anything. Fast and efficient communication. We couldn't be happier, 100% again!

The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything you could use in the kitchen to have a breakfast or a snack. The location was awsome, not even 1 min walk to the beautiful beach of Agios Nikolaos. The stuff was more than great, eager to help, very polite. Costas the owner, very helpful in everything we may need. Arkasa, a lively and beautiful village, is very close, at about 5-10 min by car. I totally recommend Glaros Studios. If I visit again Karpathos I would book there again!

Lovely villa with great privacy on quite place but still close to Arkassa, the best thing is big terrace with amazing sea view and sunsets, shade in the morning, on the other side shade in the evening, fully equipped kitchen with all you need, good shower, 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds, solid working wifi, loved jogging to Agios Theodoros and back, very helpful and nice owner, we can highly recommend this unique villa. And must mention you can watch night sky with milky way like nowhere else.

Excellent location as it is very close to the lovely beach (5’ on foot) and the village center (500 m.). Place is immaculate for stay and exceeded our expectations as in reality was much more beautiful than photos and views from both sides are fantastic! Very quiet, with a stunning view of the sea and the sunset from the frontal balcony, very relaxing atmosphere. Suite was spacious and bright, with comfortable big mattress & very clean, from the elegant spa bathroom to the white linen ad towels. Equipped with everything we need for vacation, parking place for the car, seats to the balcony with sunset view. Design is very special, with unique Cycladic handmade built in work, everything is shining white and clean. There is back terrace, with flowers & seats, very discreet and peaceful if there is meltemi wind. Owners are extremely friendly and helpful, give a lot of advice for activities. Although there is always fresh cool air to the area (the air condition is not always necessary) the owner will add it next summer in addition to the ecological cooling system that exists now. I would definitely suggest this place as it is close to the sea, part of village with many facilities, with a great value for money, not so expensive in relation to the services & location.

It was very clean, you cam actually use the kitchen, bed room is separated from living room, kind host, beautiful square in front of it, close to the beach, free parking, I was able to pay with credit card.

Popi and Nikos are great hosts. Its like you are coming home to your parents and they are welcoming you as a family member. Really great atmosphere and overall feeling. Will definitely come back.
