Excellent apartment with very kind hosts, in a quiet area of the town but not too far from the center. Very clean, well lit, despite being a semi-basement and very comfortable. Big space and good mattresses for a pleasant sleep. I would definitely recommend.

The view from the courtyard was absolutely breathtaking, making it a perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. The kids' playground was a fantastic addition, and our little one loved spending time there. We didn't get a chance to try out the pool, but it looked great. The building itself had a charming feel to it, and we really appreciated the convenience of having an EV charging option via PPC Blue.

Location location location. This place was perfect. Basic accommodation with everything you could need and want situated at the port. Thanos was very helpful when required and left us alone otherwise.

This is a lovely little apartment, only a short walk from the beach and some lovely restaurants, where your table is only inches (centimetres if you must) from the water. There is a terrace you can use, resident kitten when we were there and it is extremely peaceful. Note of caution - taxis won't go all the way down to the residence but it is literally only a hundred yards from where they stop to turn. Kitchen is small but has everything you need, didn't really cook as nearby Restaurants are such good value. Good communication via Booking.com with the Owners but we didn't meet them.

The grounds are stunning it feels like you have your own private villa, there’s so many gorgeous areas to sit and have breakfast or have a drink at night the whole experience was magical! We were only there 2 nights but we could’ve stayed forever!

Nikos is a great host. The view from the villa is amazing and it is well equipped with all that you need. 2 master bedrooms with showers and bathrooms which is super convenient. Highly recommended.

Nikos, the host, is exceptional. He is super responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The view from the property and terrace was stunning, we enjoyed it our entire stay. The location is excellent, providing a great base for us to explore Aegina. Facilities at the villa had everything we needed and the bedrooms were comfortable.
The villa and the garden are very beautiful, clean and well kept. The hot tub was heatead during our stay, a real delight after long walks. Definitely, I would stay there again and I recomemded it to my friends. We thank the host for a really pleasant stay.
Miss Valentina house is a great place to stay in Perdika! The house is as per the pictures. Booking and arrival were super easy. The host was also very helpful to prepare our stay.
Note 1: you have 3 bed rooms underground (still enough sun light thanks to a smart architecture, no worries) and 1 upstairs. Kids enjoy the downstairs rooms a lot, parents did prefer having a view.
Note 2 : you probably need a car to go to the village center (18min walk downhill) and any of the fantastic beaches near by.
We loved staying at Villa Estrella, and the pool came in very handy for cooling dips in the hot weather. We enjoyed the outdoor space for sun bathing, swimming, playing and eating. We only stayed inside the house while sleeping.
The only bad thing was that the time went too fast - Thank you, Mary & Lambros.
