Cottage exceeded all expectations, we stayed for my 50th birthday. Hosts met us on arrival with a pot of well appreciated tea and homemade warm muffins 😋. Fridge was very well stocked with breakfast essentials and extra goodies to help celebrate. Very relaxing environment, comfortable and cosy. The hosts have covered all our travel needs to make us feel at home. Best nights sleep I’ve experienced whilst travelling. Definitely recommend to all friends and family. We will be booking future dates, can’t wait to go back.

Located in the middle of Lincoln old town within 300 yards of the cathedral, shops and restaurants and pubs this is superbly positioned to use as a base to explore from. Secure parking is provided with warm welcome. Room was well equipped, very clean and warm and wi-fi worked well. Would stay there again and recommend to others.

It was a lovely size, well presented, and the appliances were all well maintained. The location absolutely can't be beat, close to the sights but in a quiet street.
It was super cozy (but not stuffy). Very happy!

Iain and Anna were fantastic hosts, really welcoming and friendly. Accommodation only a stones throw away from the bus stop and regular buses into town. Although on the main road could not hear the traffic. Lovely place to stay definitely recommend

The B&B is truly excellent. Tony and Julia go out of their way to make you welcome. The room is very comfortable. There are extra little touches like a daily portion of homemade cake in the room,
As for the breakfast. Quite superb resulting in a daily over indulgence.
We will return.

It was very clean and well equipped. The shower pressure was really good and the bed was comfy. It was very clean. I liked there being a parking space too. The location was very convenient.
Everything, great location, lovely village atmosphere. Room had everything I needed. Checked in quickly. Free parking just over the road from the property.
Nice pub, but no food or breakfast, which considering the price paid I did not consider good value for money & a lack of food venues in the village or local area no good.
I cannot fault The Adam and Eve from the moment we checked in, until the day we checked out. The Staff were all very happy, accommodating and helpful, both the breakfasts and evening meals we had during our stay were excellent. The Room was clean, comfortable and had everything you would need. there is a bus service from the village that takes you directly into Lincoln, If you would sooner drive, its about 20 minutes. We would not hesitate staying here again and would highly recommend staying at The Adam and Eve.
Very clean. Modern facilities and well decorated. Nice location, but advice to future visitors ...book if wanting to eat in only restaurant in village. Chippy was good ...very large fish...i would ignore a previous review that said chippy was not good . Local pub has sky and bt sports. Nice Chinese takeaway food down the road.
The room itself was comfortable but not suitable for anyone particularly tall as it has steeply sloping eaves - which though characterful could be a problem if you get up in the night to go to the loo and don't switch the lights on! Reception was friendly and bed comfortable. Good base for exploring the area and handy for main roads but in a village location
