Location for Cambridge was a little far out but ok. Breakfast was in a shared do it yourself kitchen area but was very good continental style. Bedroom was super, comfy bed.

Very comfortable bed. Great facilities and location near St Ives and Cambridge - very quick to drive to either locations. Very lovely host who allowed us an exception for a late checkout. Breakfast was hearty and very tasty - set us up well for the day of travel we had ahead.

The building is super clean, nice and cosy. From the entrance it makes you feel comfortable.
Quiet location but close to everywhere.
Overall a beautiful, atmospheric place, very clean and decorated with taste, so that you just want to spend time there.

The location was good very near water beach which is where I wanted to be at a wedding I did not have the breakfast although it was included as I did not stay in the room due to the awful damp smell I slept in my car till it was day light and then headed back to London. I was alone and felt very vulnerable as I had no where else to go

Comfortable and clean with refurbished rooms. Excellent facilities and breakfast. Quiet and safe location. Owners were outstanding and could not do enough. Would definitely stay again. Finally, safe off-road parking and the so convenient PR5 bus to Cambridge picks up directly opposite the guest house.

Quiet and peaceful location. Friendly owner. Having the windmill in the grounds was an interesting addition. The village has good pubs and a co-op in walking distance.
Price was good for the quality offered. Quiet, right in the village but in a private area. Located in a nice village not far from Cambridge. There is an Indian restaurant nearby and you can also get something from the Coop to heat up in the microwave in the dining room / breakfast area. But there's no bar or anything convivial.
Quiet. Located in a pleasant village. Also liked the (relatively) reasonable rates. I come to Cambridge frequently and would consider staying again but I wish point 1, 2 and 3 below would be adressed.
Two food shops nearby open till 10pm. Village Bakery close by. Indian restaurant very close. Pub within a 2-3 minute drive or a 10 minute (or less) walk.
It is a basic B&B, but it suited us v. well; unbelievable value for money!
Also, Willingham is a very attractive, well-appointed village with great amenities close by.
breakfast was continental and plenty to have from yogurts, toast, cereals, cakes, all types coffee and tea, fruit, plenty to have, beds were comfortable we were working and had 1 night only there but would go back, not much in the village except 1 pub and Indian restaurant, plenty parking even for vans
The breakfast was buffet, toast, tea, croissants etc. I was expecting cooked breakfast. The accomodations is not in the building as pictured but in a 60s style house, we were expecting to stay in the house used to advertise the place. Location in a nice village.
Location was ideal for our trip down to Folkestone, not too far from the motorways and in a pleasant village.
Check-in was easy and the rooms though basic were clean and had tea making facilities. Breakfast was self service continental. There's a very good chip shop nearby and three pubs.
