I stayed here with my family and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Sitting at the dining table in the kitchen was a pleasure with outstanding views of the coastline. The beds are very comfortable. The living room with the open fire was excellent, it might have been a good idea to supply something to cut the logs, but still a great experience trying to light a fire.
Overall the break was a great experience, with hosts obviously making a tremendous effort to make your stay, pleasurable.
The property is on a bend and on quite a steep hill, so it will give you an opportunity to improve your parking skills.
The accommodation has excellent heating controls on each radiator that can be increased or lowered with your fingertips.

Beautiful house, wonderful classy furnishings and furniture. Very much like staying in a five star hotel with the added bonus of great hosts and a nice breakfast.
Excellent find, this hotel met and exceeded all our requirements- clean, comfortable, great staff, food excellent (had evening meal at hotel and a huge tasty breakfast to set us up for our travels), parking on site, a lovely village and coastline.
The hotel is tucked away in a wonderfully picturesque , higgledy-piggledy village which is a delight to explore.
The management work hard to meet the needs for both locals and visitors which makes for a friendly atmosphere in the dining room and bar and the kitchen sources excellent local seafood and other produce.
Lovely evening meal in the conservatory despite not having a booking. Friendly, helpful staff. Good sized room with huge comfortable bed. Bathroom small but adequate. Very quiet night.
Interesting village with harbour a short stroll away. Spotted seals in the evening.
Wonderfull cottage by the sea in a peaceful old fishing village. Good location, easy to explore the surroundings. Lots of good hiking trails and cafes in surrounding towns.
Great location in lovely village of Whitehills, couple miles from Banff. Excellent food, cheery serving and bar staff and varied menu.
The breakfast in the morning was amazing, we had the full Scottish incl poached eggs and it honestly was the best cooked b&b/hotel breakfast I' ve ever had! ( and that covers 35+ years ) Everything cooked to perfection with quality, tasty bacon and black pudding.
Super wide choice of breakfast and dinner options, the pub's in the centre of the village. Very friendly staff and the bar busy with a great mix of both locals and visitors.
apartment. restaurant..
top was the huge bathtub. felt a bit cold and was truly enjoying a long, hot bath.
Whitehill is a very nice village and the beach front is great.
Beautiful location in a small village close to the harbour and with excellent links to Inverness and Aberdeen. Staff were incredibly helpful and the restaurant was superb.
