Amazing breakfast selection and a really lovely host. Very clean and a great room lay out. Everything was thought through from the kitchen utilities & equipment through to a dressing gown & hair drier. Short walk from Waterbeach train station which gets you into Cambridge within minutes. Highly recommend and I'm sure we will return in the future.

Location was great for my needs. Loved that it had a washer, but a dryer would have been nice. The fan did not work, no AC,but did open all windows and doors and a nice breeze came in. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils, pots/pans, dishes, laundry detergent, dish detergent, and paper towels. Beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious. It was nice that it included parking.

Warm and efficient team service before and during visit. Stylish, boutique-designed room with lovely white new bathroom and super clean throughout. Thoughtful touches including lovely glassware and crockery, complimentary sparkling and still water in rooms, fresh milk for in room tea and coffee and helpful bathroom toiletries. Food and drinks in the pub delicious and breakfast perfect. The owners are obviously committed to hosting guests really well and were charming and welcoming as was their team. Free car parking also a bonus, will visit again when in the area.
