Proximity to walk to Warwick Castle was great. Quiet & comfortable. Nice fluffy large towels and comfy beds/bedding. Modern bathroom. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast included. The room had everything we needed. Wish we had arrived a little earlier to enjoy a drink down in the bar.

Very last-minute booking at Park Cottage, and once we arrived, we immediately wanted to stay longer. Immaculately clean. Lovely room and facilities and a comfortable bed. Lovely, friendly hosts who make you feel very at home. Breakfast was delicious. 10/10 stay. Sadly for us and not Janet and family, they are closed for Christmas, so we couldn't book a return visit purely because of timing. Otherwise, we would have. Thank you both. A lovely brief stay!

Very welcoming, property was well kept and had everything we needed. The decor reflected the age of the property but all facilities and furnishings were modern and the general look was very stylish, we loved it there! Nice and quiet with lovely views of the garden. Five star hosts!

Wow! I've stay in many studios now, but this was my favourite so far. Everything to hand, i forgot my toothbrush so the disposal came in handy. Clean, warm, cozy, smelt great. It was in a nice Neighbourhood and was perfect for us three Moms with the three bedrooms and living space. The only thing I might say and it’s picky, is that out of country peeps don’t know about the red dot and the iplayer so maybe more in depth instructions for using that.

There was so much to love about this property! It was elegant, spacious, warm, cosy, and had a lovely well appointed kitchen. The bedrooms were amazing, and each had their own ensuite which was handy. The shower and claw foot bath off the large bedroom was luxe! The view of the backyard was so charming.
