Awesome place to stay. Couldn't ask for a nicer place and Helen really made me feel at home. Breakfasts were grand and was hot along with great tea or coffee. Breakfast was not included, but Emma left everything you could need. Homemade bread was defiantly the icing on the cake. We had a problem with the shower the night before we left, both Emma and her husband were there straight away to try and sort the problem. It couldn't be fixed that night, which was not a major problem, Poor Emma was genuinely apologetic about it and even brought wine to say sorry.

Very comfortable in a tranquil surrouding. I called by the owners in the morning of my stay to say the cottage was ready and when I arrived they met me as I parked my car. Very comfortable with plenty of space, Very nice bed and all the amenities you could need.

The building and grounds are wonderful. The front desk staff and butlers (guys who helped with luggage) were professional and polite , even the gardener who I stopped to chat with was very nice,knowledgeable and helpful. The lady who gave me a massage in the spa was excellent.
