The house is comfortable, well kept and clean, in a quiet close on the edge of the village. Perfectly located for the South and central lakes. Nice pub a couple of minutes walk away. The garden is lovely and an absolute sun trap. Appreciated the coffee, tea and biscuits on arrival.

Loads of space, with plenty of seating for a bigger group. Lots of seating for lounging and eating. Lots of outdoor space for the kids to run around too. We loved our stay and are hoping to book again for November
