We were surprised how spacious the main living area of the caravan was especially the size of both bathrooms! We loved the location of the caravan as we had easy access to the beach and were in walking distance of Queens Park and the centre of Mablethorpe. Dreams bar was very reasonably priced for food and drink and of a good quality. The staff were friendly. both in the bar and at reception. We liked being near the quieter end of the beach as it was ideal for our young children to play without too much chaos around. The caravan had all the essentials in the kitchen and the hosts had also provided plastic plates, bowls and cups for the little ones. We also appreciated the variety of games available in the caravan.

Chalet was lovely and clean, good location. There was a welcome hamper for us and a surprise gift for my five year old granddaughter. Lots of attention to detail. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Communication was superb from the very start. Easy access to the property, lots of space for parking, very clean and tidy. Great location just down from the beach and the highstreet. My family comlete one holiday in the UK and two abroad each year, this place is certainly one we will be returning to. I can't believe how cheap it is for what you get in return, amazing!
