The Welcome was great and the room was large and comfortable. It was quiet though could hear footsteps above
and thought it could be a problem but happy to say we had an undisturbed sleep.

We loved the room with all its facilities. It even had a little dish washer. The fridge and fresh milk were great as were the hot drink facilities. The receptionist was very helpful. It was ideally located for those on foot. Shopping, restaurants and the seafront were all really close.

The room's decoration was impeccable, surpassing the expectations set by the pictures.
The bathroom was aesthetically pleasing, with both a bathtub and a shower, which was a delightful surprise.
Although our stay was limited to a single night, we found ourselves repeatedly saying we wished to extend our stay simply to take in the comforts of the room.
The breakfast was delicious. The hosts were welcoming and friendly.

Very comfy bed. Nice warm duvet Room is tiny but had most of what was needed with a kettle and a fridge. And easy to access power points. Good hanging space for clothes.
Clean towels were easy to access.
The Guest house does not do breakfast which was fine as there are so many options near by.

Madeline was a lovely host, with lots of local knowledge. We enjoyed our stay in a comfortable and clean room with a nice breakfast.
It was a self catering holiday cottage and very well equipped. We had everything we needed there and even an outside patio area. Parking was provided across the road which was good.
Cosy and warm. A comfortable bed and good shower. Instant access to lovely walks and a village where time seems to ha e stood still. We didn’t do much cooking but the kitchen seemed to be very well kitted out.
Easy access to Lewis and Brighton but you need a car.
A beautiful cottage with lovely features. French doors opened up onto a patio area which was great for our little dogs. kitchen had everything needed for self-catering. Very rural village location but still very close for visiting the area.
Shannon Cottage was just lovely, so cosy and with everything we needed. We enjoyed the limitless Downland walking, and spent a day rummaging in the many antique shops in Lewes. Don't forget to take basics like milk with you as there are no shops in the village. The walk to Tesc in Peacehaven takes about 20 mins.
The property is located in the centre of Telscombe village, close to the Church. Surrounding South Downs countryside is beautiful. Shannon Cottage is a very comfortable place to stay with good facilities and equipment. Good walks nearby and the coast is a short drive away.
