loved our little cottage, just for us, this was a real plus. the heating was on, straight into the warm.
All of the staff, all of them were fantastic.
Really nice thoughtful details like having milk and juice in the fridge on arrival. Nice touch.

Lovely and comfortable stay, really nice service from the team - accommodating a late check in with ease. Really lovely breakfast and chat from the hosts in the morning. Lovely scenery.

Amazing staff,. Superb bar and downstairs area, Fabulous large room and very comfy bed.. I arrived at 10.50pm and the shower tray in my room was dirty and the 2 girls on duty could not have been more helpful and one of them cleaned it for me.. the level of genuine customer service is a rarity today.

The host went above and beyond for my stay. There was a slight dilemma with time of arrival and they quickly amended this by extending our check out time and was kind enough to leave us a bottle of wine! There was contact throughout and was very kind! The property was spotless and completely exceeded our expectations, we will 100% be back!
Jill met us and showed us the facilities , the house has its own private garden ,with all the facilities you can think of , it is private , quiet and the hosts leave you alone but are there if required , excellent location for Chester or even Shropshire located in a lovely small village .Its that good we have re booked !
