We really enjoyed our stay at The Barn, even if it was just for one night. The bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable, and the charming decor made us feel so cozy.
Waking up surrounded by beautiful fields was lovely, and I was more than happy to cancel my morning plans just to relax and enjoy the peaceful setting. We would happily stay again!

We have stayed before in the hotel's rooms but this time we were in the holiday home which worked really well for us. It was very well equipped and very comfortable with a log burner to light when the weather got really damp. The weather stopped us from using the garden chairs but we could see that it would be lovely to sit out on the terrace if the sun shone.
The location is lovely, particularly if you have a dog with you as there is a good walk into the woods from the doorstep. Hundreds of pheasants around at this time of year!

Honestly we liked everything about it, the moment we opened the door we fell in love with it.
The hut was clean, well presented and had all the ammenitites you need for a comfy stay, spacious toilet/shower, gas cooker, central heating (could easily stay in winter) and a very comfortable bed for two. Stunning views to wake up to and perfect location, only 10 miles from city centre Chester. The hosts were very friendly and respectful, we will be back again and again. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable pub stay, quiet room, freshly cooked breakfast, village centre location ( we didn't come by car) . Really enjoyed fresh ingredients and nice bread at breakfast.
Communication was excellent, owner went above & beyond to assist about our stay . Even let the choose the rooms available, which were all beautifully decorated. We choose , larger room looking over the village . Bed extremely comfortable & had a fab . nights sleep. Loads of places to eat / drink on the doorstep .

The room was very well presented and furnished. The beds were extremely comfortable! The staff were always very friendly and happy to help. A wonderful place to stay in a nice little village would happily stay again!
Really nice cottage in the middle of the village. Great location as we attended a wedding at Peckforton Castle which is nearby. We had a lovely meal in the village and then walked back to the cottage for the wedding party to get ready.
Nicely decorated and set out and tons of space for us all (we were a group of 8 ladies). I have just re-booked to bring my family back next month!
My stay at Tarporley Holiday Cottage exceeded all expectations. It provided the perfect combination of comfort, beauty and tranquility. We left feeling refreshed and will memories of a gorgeous cottage in a gorgeous countryside village.
Ideal cosy cottage for our family weekend away. Located right in the middle of the village so great for walks and then popping into the pub for lunch on the way home.
Cottage was lovely and nicely finished off for guests with nice little touches to make it feel like home. The couch was huge and fitted all of our extended family on which was great!
My brother loved the big range oven for cooking breakfast for everyone.
