The room was very well presented and a good level of cleanliness. I appreciated the nice touches on the hospitality tray. The bed was very comfortable so had a good nights sleep. The breakfast offered a good selection of items and at a good quality.

Brilliant place to stay! This was our second time staying, first in 'Wee Shot' and this time in 'Half Pint'. Both are clean cozy and comfortable with everything you need. We especially liked the log burners! Lovely, friendly hosts and a great location to explore Tain and further afield in the Highlands. Just next door to the Tain Adventure Cafe which has the best Mac and Cheese! Thank you and good luck with the bus! 😊

Very quaint and charming room, well decorated and very friendly hostess. You have a kitchenette with everything you need, large comfortable bed and a living room area to sit in in the evenings. Love the horses outside as well.
Inver is a gorgeous little village with a beautiful beach. You can see the stars in the night sky more vividly than usual as its so sparsely populated.

Adorable guest house located steps from the train station and the beach. “Downtown” is a few blocks away. The St Duthus Villa is well kept and the staff is welcoming. My room felt homey, almost like I was in my old teenage bedroom. Nicely decorated with many thoughtful touches and amenities. Despite its nearness to the train depot, I never heard the train pass by. I was late for breakfast, so can’t comment on that, but the coffee pot was full, and I was encouraged to help myself. Wonderful experience.
