A warm welcome from Michelle gave us the perfect start for a perfect stay. Room clean and well equipped. In the morning we had a perfect Scottish breakfast… the haggis was delicious!! Dave served us and made us feel at home at the farm. Breakfast is all local produce and you can taste the freshness and purity. We had s lovely chat with people in the breakfast room. So far.. the highlight of our holiday.

The guest house , a traditional Scottish style house, was marvellous. The host welcomed us warmly and was super friendly. The location was super . We had two rooms. Then one room was on the last floor and we had a magnificent view and sunset.
The breakfast was super delicious , with big variety.
It was served in the cafe, each table was set perfectly with nice small details.

Board walk around the beach was so calming and had a walk every day and was a shortcut to town centre.

Lovely comfortable Room with harbour views and located right on the harbour.
The room was clean, comfortable and peaceful. The bed was very comfy.. We had the room at the top. There are stairs to climb but, it was so worth it. We had a window in the room and bathroom for fresh air and lovely views.
There is a shared lounge which was well appointed and access to the shared kitchen facilities
We appreciated all the breakfast items left for a self service breakfast- cereals, toast, fruit, yoghurts, pastries.
We loved our walk to Dunnottar castle and enjoyed exploring the town. Had an exceptional roast at the Tolbooth restaurant
We arrived by train and found it easy to walk to the Shorehead

Sited right on the harbour but not noisy. Clean, bright, comfortable. Great fish restaurants one minute away. Gourdon an interesting place with walks along the coast in either direction.

Where to begin.. communication beforehand about key collection, detailed instructions for when in the house, very clean home and well thought out with what a guest might need. Our daughter 9 and dog were sad to leave. We will definitely be trying to book again to come back one New Year. We have stayed in a lot of holiday homes and this has been the best for the home itself and location.
The property’s location was fantastic.
We had a three year old who, as soon as he arrived wanted onto the beach with his bucket and spade and we had to almost drag him into ‘his holiday home’ for mealtimes.
The facilities were excellent. Nothing was overlooked.
Incredible location in Stonehaven, the friendliest hosts, and a delicious breakfast! I would absolutely return to this wonderful bed and breakfast anytime. It was by far the best B&B I’ve stayed in! A wonderful place to rest in a very beautiful seaside village.

Absolutely lovely couple run this bnb....central to village..comfortable..spotless room and bathroom which wasnt en suite but right next door so no problem at all..had an amazing vegan breakfast with tofu scrambled eggs which was very unexpected....def recommend this place if you're in the area...great value
Location is excellent for a small fishing village setting, food (breakfast and dinner) was perfect, pub was great and authentic, staff was excellent and went above and beyond when our booking credit card declined (assumed fraud) and my daughter left sneakers in her room. Bathrooms were well equipped, very functional, and comfortable. Street parking is easy. Shops, coffee, and food nearby.
Great bed. Great view. It has a bar/restaurant that was popular with lots of people and life. Loved it. The staff was great at telling us where to go. The village is adorable and if you like dogs...this is your place, it seems like everybody has at least one.
