Excellent breakfast in the room. The room was in terms of aesthetics one of the best we have stayed in. Informing us immediately about a left rucksack.

Very accessible to Sandy Park, good parking and electric vehicle charging. Really friendly staff, and breakfast was high quality, rooms comfy, clean spacious and well equipped. Wi-Fi worked very well.
The Oakcliffe is located next to Exeter College and within 10 minutes’ walk of Exeter Central and St. David’s railway stations. This small, family-run guest house offers free Wi-Fi.
The property is clean and has all you need for a short stay. Good WIFI, Sky TV and Netflix. Fully equipped kitchen, nice clean and spacious shower room with big shower cubicle. The bed is comfortable with a nice duvet. It is about fifteen minutes drive from the Main train station of Exeter St David's. It is located in a small, quiet hamlet just north of Exeter. The host greeted me and was very helpful showing me everything I needed to know about the property. There is a community owned pub in the next village.
Well presented accommodation. Looks newly set up for use. Owners on site. Good parking area near door. Very quiet location in a large village. Local pub is friendly and community run. Easy to find property, on p/code (then working out the lane numbers, as houses go around the back) and to get around area with Satnav.
