Amazing to stay in a 400 year old cottage, beautifully restored by the owners, who cooked a delicious full breakfast and delivered it to our dining table in the morning. It is situated out on a beautiful old and quiet village on the Yorkshire dales. Snacks were provided and the cottage set out beautifully.

This is a beautiful cottage in a gorgeous village. We had a really lovely stay here, everything was very comfortable and we enjoyed the bathtub after a day walking on the Dales Way. The breakfast was superb and very generous! We had dinner at the Fox and Hounds nearby - excellent food and ales and very cosy. This accommodation is highly recommended and a must stop over if walking the Dales Way or hiking in the area.

Perfect for walkers. Lovely friendly couple running the B&B, great fun, and nothing was too much trouble. Three excellent pubs nearby, one 2 minute walk, two 2 miles away in neighbouring villages

Lovely little inn in a quiet village in the Yorkshire Dale's. Great friendly staff always wanting to help, the pub its self is a old style pub full of character then the rooms a modernised which was a nice touch. Couldn't rate the food enough, properly cooked, big wholesome portions, and the breakfast was cooked to perfection for me.

Location was on the edge of the hamlet and easy to access neighbouring villages. Rooms were clean and comfortable with beverage facilities provided in the room (with biscuits - which was a lovely touch). Host was very ammeniable and accomodating - especially meeting all our dietry requirements. Breakfast was hearty and delicious and served on lovely hot plates. Great idea to request our breakfast order the night before and we were able to specify details of our requirements - we wrote out our order on the notepad provided.
