The breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming and could not do enough for us.

The room itself was large with a sofa and a window seat with a king sized bed so first impressions were good. The bathroom was modern and clean and the breakfast was good.

We visited during scarecrow festival which was good fun and brought the village to life in the daytime.

Great Location, nice village, easy access, nice property. Very convenient for Dales and Forrest of Bowland. Friendly village. Nice courtyard with table, chairs and BBQ. Allowed us to bring our dog, whch was kind. Originally the property allowed dogs but after we booked the owner changed to permission as the property had recently been refurbished.
