very welcoming. room was spotless and bathroom had a great shower. Location is within walking distance of the Lamb in Nomansland, a cosy traditional pub in the New Forest serving great food. we had to leave very early and the owner was kind enough to make us a packed breakfast to take with us.

The welcome from James was really appreciated he explained everything about the property and showed us where lighting would be when we returned after an evening out. The chalet is compact and well equipped and the breakfast items supplied were plentiful and fresh.
Julia also welcomed us and we felt very satisfied with the whole visit. Would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was lovely you just told Helen what you wanted and it was cooked to perfection. The location was excellent not far from the New forest and all the lovely villages surrounding it, lovely little pubs nearby to eat as well, Also Helen and Chris were perfect hosts so friendly and accommodating.
