We have just had the best weekend at Goodwin Farm as a surprise birthday present for my partner, and I cannot recommend it enough. The hut was beautiful and well equipped - I was a bit worried about the bed area feeling confined, but it was honestly just lovely and cosy. There was plenty of wood to help us get the hot tub going on the first night which was really appreciated - extra wood/kindling/firefighters were also available to purchase close to the hut which was very convenient. The setting is absolutely stunning, really quiet and secluded - I saw other reviews mentioning a second hut being built, which there is, but I honestly don’t think this would ruin the experience as the area itself is so secluded and there was privacy fencing etc. The owner was very attentive and replied quickly to messages which was great. We met the friendly Ram, too!

Oastbrook is an incredible place where you can visit a different world from the big city (we live in London, so definitely very different). It is an oasis of peace where you can spend time talking and just chilling, enjoying the company of Nick and America. They are the couple managing everything at Oastbrook and you can see they really enjoy spending time together and with customers. Their passion is to produce wine and I can definitely say they do it very well because we bought one of their wines (a red one) and it was one of the best that I have ever tried!!!

An ideal holiday home! Well maintained with an attention to detail. Comfortable beds, a lovely big bath with plenty of hot water to soak in and a well equipped kitchen. Rooms were spacious and the grounds were well maintained.
