What an absolutely beautiful place with gorgeous cottages.
There was 12 of us staying the night before a wedding and each of the 3 cottages we stayed in were superb.
Clean as a whistle, well stocked, comfortable and in a great location, we will definitely be back here for non-wedding related occasions!

Cosy but with good, modern facilities. We loved the conservatory and the garden especially. Lovely situation. Everything we could want in village with shops, pubs and restaurants. Shirley made us feel very welcome, the location is stunning, breakfast delicious, the rooms exceptionally clean and the views from the windows stunning. Well worthy of another trip but of a longer duration next time.

Everything was outstanding. The food was delightful and great value for money. Gill and Angela are very attentive and friendly. The scenery was exceptional. The goat and the sheep were so so friendly. In fact they were that friendly they come to help us eat our grapes lol.

Our room was really nice and comfortable. The bottled water was a nice touch. The breakfast was excellent and plenty of it. Dinner was lovely and we didn't wait long even though the pub was really busy. Lovely atmosphere. Great car park.

Quaint old cottage (refurbished to modern standards without losing its charm) in a very pleasant location, quiet, situated in a picturesque village alongside a stream flanked by village greens and historic properties, neighbours a bit close but not a problem. Very nice pub (free house) only a short walk across the village green.

Lovely peaceful village, but only a short drive to amenities. Had a front garden full of plants in bloom, and birds singing.The cottage was very clean,spacious and cosy, comfortable sofa and chair. We appreciated the large bathroom with bath and walk in shower.
Very comfortable, clean, and homely. The host (Nicola) was very welcoming and informative before and after our stay. The area is so peaceful yet not too far from the villages and towns if needed. Perfect space for a small family, and we wish we had booked to stay for longer.
Perfectly located for attending local wedding. Just a few minutes drive to historic Richmond market town, which boasts a large selection of cafes and restaurants for breakfast and lunch. There is also a bus stop serving the village to town. The snug cafe and spa room will make a great addition to this boutique venue.
Pretty much everything. The beautiful villa, traditional features with very high quality interior details yet warm and homely feel. Large spaces with plenty of opportunity to spread out, a fabulous garden with an extensive lawn for playing family games but equally ample inside rooms for rainy weather, reading, playing music, entertaining etc. Very well equipped kitchen with both traditional and modern facilities. The house had been cleaned to a high standard with spotless bathrooms and bedrooms too.
Lovely conversion with nice views. The village was lovely although the local shop was a bit limited but the people were very friendly. Great for a quiet week of sightseeing in the area.
It was a very clean & cosy home. I didn't really need to take much with me even though I did. Towels, dog accessories, tea towels, tea & and coffee, plus milk & and a bottle of wine were all provided, which was an added bonus.
I enjoyed my stay here very much & was also given information on dog walks, which was very helpful.

The house was in the perfect location for us, both close to town and family. The view from the bedroom window was beautiful, especially at sunset.
