Chris met us and was warm and welcoming. He gave us keys to our rooms and talked us through all the important things in the rooms and how to park our cars locally. During our stay nothing was too much trouble Location was central and rooms were huge with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly liked the little touches, like water in the bedrooms and a some snacks to go with the teas/coffees. Chris went above and beyond to help us and we are very grateful. Highly recommend!

This is a family run hotel and it far exceeded our expectations. We booked last minute and booked room 10 (only one room left). This room didn’t have a view but it was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfasts were delicious and there is a good choice of both hot and cold meals. Brian the host made us feel very welcome and was very hospitable (and funny too). His family were equally as welcoming and eager to make all guests comfortable and happy. We highly recommend this hotel if you are thinking of going to Llandudno. Most rooms have excellent views of the promenade and if like us you book a rear room the bar/living room area also has an excellent view so nobody loses out. You can’t go wrong. We will stay here again with no hesitation. Thanks for a wonderful stay 😊.
