It's a beautiful Victorian house at the fringe of New Forest with a lovely host. Breakfast is cooked freshly every morning. The garden is lovely and the view/area marvellous. There's a pub with good food around the corner. The room was spacious and well equipped. Be careful if you are tall though. I'm 6.3 and my head still hurts from the low bathroom doorframe. ;) The shower is also not made for tall people. But that's obviously nitpicking. It was a perfect stay on our trip through Britain. It was beautifully set, secure and private. Sue gave us a warm welcome on arrival (and some tasty biscuits). The property itself was immaculately clean, with stylish yet homely decorations and well kitted out with all the amenities. The gardens and grounds were beautiful and there was even a swimming pool which would be great in the summer. Set just on the edge of the New Forest national park meant it was close by to visit and also to get into Salisbury for bigger shops too.
