The cottage was just right for a couple visiting Eastbourne for the weekend. Location is superb as it is about 20-30 mins walk from the station in the Old Town. Being right beside a Waitrose superstore was an excellent bonus. The cottage is cosy and comfortable. The area is safe and friendly. The little terrace is a sun trap. There are lovely walks in the local parks and the Downs are close.

it was a lovely large spacious flat. Convenient for what we were doing and where we were going . great eating places around. We ate in the Tiger inn , The Rainbow and Sunday lunch in Thai Terre in East Dean. Weather was a bonus .Pat was so welcoming and on hand if we needed anything . Great stay .
